Wherever we operate, our sustainability strategy has people, communities and the environment at its heart. So, we are proud to be the official sponsor of the Cycling Challenge to enhance the health and well-being of the women in our emirate through all levels of sports.”

‘Women cycling is hugely popular in the UAE and growing as a sport globally. It’s an accessible recreation and past time for women of all levels of fitness and riding capability. As a competitive sport, cycling is attracting more and more women, and in Dubai we have excellent facilities with easy access to superb cycle tracks, and this has encouraged more and more women to take up cycling competitively and socially. The DP World Women’s Cycling Challenge seeks to encourage women at every level of ability to join in and enjoy the experience. Our aim is to see women come and ride to compete, or cycle just for fun and enjoy a great morning in the beautiful Al Marmoom Desert Conservation Reserve.’ Event Director Ruth Dickinson said
