ENBD Visits Senses 2026 Press Release

Visit to Senses Residential and Day Care for Special Needs by Emirates NBD and FittGROUP through the Emirates NBD Unity Run

Emirates NBD and FittGROUP, organizers of the Emirates NBD Unity Run, visited Senses Residential and Day Care for Special Needs in Dubai as part of their ongoing commitment to inclusion and support for people of determination. The visit brought together representatives from Emirates NBD, FittGROUP and the Emirates NBD Unity Run team to see first‑hand the work being done to enhance the quality of life of children and young people at the centre.

Senses Residential and Day Care for Special Needs is a non‑profit organisation and one of the first residential care facilities of its kind in the region, providing 24‑hour care, therapy and education for children and young people of determination.
During the visit, the delegation toured classrooms, residential areas and therapy rooms and received an overview of the centre’s specialised programmes, which focus on rehabilitation, education and daily‑living skills.

Team members joined interactive activities with the children and young people, including art, music and light movement sessions aligned with the Emirates NBD Unity Run’s ethos of participation for all.
The visit reinforced the close relationship between Emirates NBD, FittGROUP, the Emirates NBD Unity Run and Senses Residential and Day Care for Special Needs, and underlined the importance of year‑round engagement beyond race day.
